What's the difference between your three editions?

The Core Preventive Visit covers the essentials, including a furnace filter change, hot water tank flush, and detector check. The Premium Preventive Visit gives you everything in Core plus one add-on of your choice. The Full-Home Preventive Visit is our most complete option, with the Core services plus two add-ons for maximum coverage. 

What is your refund policy?

All preventive visits must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments are generally non-refundable, since your provider has already been scheduled and prepared for the visit. However, we understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll review refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness while keeping our scheduling reliable.

What type of support do I get?

With every visit, you’ll have access to a professional, vetted provider who follows a step-by-step checklist to ensure quality. You’ll also receive reminders before each appointment, a summary after service, and the option to add on extra support if needed. Our team is available to answer questions, help with scheduling, and make sure your home gets the preventive care it deserves.

I'm interested. What are the service hours?

Our standard service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Evening and Weekend appointments may be available by request for an additional fee. Emergency same-day visits can be booked outside of regular hours, depending on provider availability.
